PENGARUH BULLYING PADA KESEHATAN BAIK MENTAL DAN FISIK DI KALANGAN REMAJA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana dampak bullying terkait masalah kesehatan baik fisik dan mental pada kalangan remaja. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif, data dari penelitian ini merupakan hasil studi literatur dan riset dari artikel para ahli yang dijadikan acuan dalam pembuatan artikel ini. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwasannya bullying memiliki dampak negatif pada kesehatan mental seperti depresi, gangguan anxiety dan serangan panik, sementara dampak negatif pada kesehatan fisik seperti gangguan tidur, sakit kepala, masalah pencernaan dan infeksi pernapasan. Diharapkan dengan adanya artikel ini dapat membantu memahami dan mengantisipasi terjadinya tindakan bullying yang dapat memberikan dampak negatif pada kesehatan baik fisik maupun mental.
